By accessing or using HiziX SolarLead Command ("Service"), you agree to these terms.
The Service is provided for legitimate solar lead generation. You agree not to use it to harass individuals, violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry, or any state telemarketing laws. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws when contacting individuals whose data you obtain through the Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Free trials require no credit card and convert to paid plans only with explicit consent.
Each plan includes a monthly lead quota. Unused leads do not roll over. Overage is billed at $2 per qualified lead unless otherwise agreed in your contract.
Homeowner data is sourced from public records and third-party providers. While we maintain high standards (76% right-party contact rate), we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every record. AI panel detection is provided with confidence scores; you are responsible for verifying critical decisions.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, abusive use, non-payment, or use that endangers other users.
HiziX is not liable for any claims, damages, or fines resulting from your use of homeowner data, including TCPA violations, DNC violations, or any third-party complaints. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.
