HiziX ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use HiziX SolarLead Command at solar.hizix.io.
When you submit our demo form, we collect: name, work email, company, phone, role, and any optional message. When you use the platform, we collect usage data (scans run, leads extracted) and standard logs (IP, browser, timestamps).
To respond to demo requests, deliver the service, send product updates (with your consent), and improve HiziX. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except: payment processors, hosting providers, and our skip-trace partner (BatchData) for the lookup service you initiate.
HiziX provides verified homeowner contact data sourced from public records and third-party data providers. Data is DNC-scrubbed at extraction time. You are responsible for compliance with the TCPA, state telemarketing rules, and any applicable consumer protection laws when contacting these individuals.
We use session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) for traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@hizix.io. We will respond within 30 days.
