Q.02How does the scan actually work?
You pick a ZIP code or draw a polygon on the map. We run HiziX Satellite API + AI Vision on every rooftop in that area — figuring out which ones have panels (and excluding them), then scoring the rest for roof angle, sun hours, and estimated annual kWh production. For the panel-less homes, we pull verified homeowner data (name, phone, email, mailing address) from public records and verify the address through USPS. You get the list back in roughly 60 seconds.
Q.03Are leads really exclusive? Or do you resell them?
Every lead generated from your scans is locked to your account in our database. We do not resell, syndicate, or share lead data with any other customer or third party. The broker model resells the same lead 4–8 times — that's the opposite of what we do. The whole point of this software is to give you a pipeline nobody else has access to.
Q.04Is this legal and TCPA-compliant?
